What you can expect when you call:
- 90% of the time your call will be answered within 30 seconds!
- The agent answering the phone will be polite, professional and technically astute.
- The agent will diagnose your problem and resolve it immediately if possible.
- If the agent cannot resolve your problem they will create a ticket in LOKI, our ticketing system.
- The agent will provide you with your ticket number.
- High-Speed Circuit customers will be contacted by Commercial Operations within 1hr of ticket creation. (Standard Service Level Agreements apply after Commercial Operations picks up a ticket).
- All other issues will be escalated appropriately and customers will be notified by email of ticket closure.
